Five star rated Berwick Manor set in 1/4 acre of gardens, can accommodate upto 19 guests in 7 bedrooms, ideal for family gatherings and special occasions. Puncknowle Manor Farmhouse (picture 1) is a bright open sunny farmhouse ideal for group and family gatherings, sleeping up 13 guests in five bedrooms, located in the village close to the play park and village inn. The Carriage House(picture 2) is a newly converted cottage with an upstairs living area with views over the bride valley, There are three bedrooms (sleeping 6), two bathrooms and an enclosed courtyard garden. The Farmhouse and Carriage house are next door, so can be used to accomodate larger groups.

The Smugglers Barn

Exciting undercover play adventure for the under 11s. Interactive educational play on two floors inside the reconstructed hulls of a smugglers lugger and a revenue cutter from the 1700s. Both ships are in full sail inside the magnificant Tithe Barn. Learn about smuggling at Abbotsbury and let the children play smugglers aboard the ships.
The ancient Tithe Barn site is also home to a host of friendly farm animals. Many can be stroked and fed at regular times throughout the day.
